calling myself an artist

have i ever been an artist?

for some reason, i have experience in graphic design for many years, as far as i remember i started it since the age of eight (more than a decade ago!).

i design a wide range of products, including but not limited to brochures, business cards, banners, posters, business documents, letterheads, invitation cards, post cards and websites.

in addition to design, i am a writer: i blog on different websites for over a decade and i create taglines/slogans.

i also provide proofread service.

i can improve readability of documents, including invoice templates.

i cover any materials available in the market: paper (uncoated and coated – matt/gloss laminated), fabric – you name it.

i work with high-quality professional printing companies, for a number of years.

size is not a problem: from as small as your palm (e.g. business cards) to as large as an average human being (e.g. roller banners).

i can guarantee quality and speed.

i have experience in both english and japanese.

typeface design is also my speciality.

my comprehensive design approach involves initial consultation, draft, feedback, improvement, final draft, production, along with ongoing consultation.

this very website wtage.com is a sample of my web design and development.

who wrote this?

wtage, an english-japanese bilingual linguist based in london, uk.

i am curious about human communication in which language plays a crucial role.

i am an avid writer with a creative mind.
